  • 2 cups Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 package rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and fish sauce, then remove from heat.
  4. Soften rice paper wrappers according to package instructions.
  5. Place a small amount of beef mixture, basil leaves, cucumber, carrot, and green onions on each wrapper.
  6. Wrap tightly and serve with dipping sauce.
