  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
  4. Mix the scooped potato with turkey bacon, chicken ham, sour cream, cheese, green onions, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Fill the potato skins with the mixture and place them back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes until heated through.
